Off-street parking available. The space Come make this your home away from home in the beautiful quaint town of Edmonds. This is a newly remodeled 450 square-foot Studio with large deck. Our place is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with a big yard full of trees including apple, plum trees and blackberries. They are yours for the picking. You will have your own building with a private entrance, and a garage with laundry facilities. You will also have a driveway to park whatever vehicle you would like. The studio feels roomy and includes a 50" smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. no TV or cable subscription), electric fireplace, and environmentally friendly heat pump with air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the cooking essentials you need if you choose to stay in for a meal. We have a comfy queen bed with luxurious top of the line mattress, a full fold out couch, and a queen air mattress to sleep 3-4 people. (Please note that the fold out couch would be more comfortable sleeping smaller people, 5' 8" or less). We can also provide a pack n play if needed. This is a great chance to try out a smart-home. An amazon echo is included to play music or control the lights. The studio has a high ceiling and unique LED beam lighting. After a fun day in Edmonds or Seattle, enjoy an evening watching the sunset from the large deck or cooking up s'mores on a bonfire pit (wood provided, but please, only small fires allowed). Guest access Guests will have access to the yard/bonfire pit, the living area, and the garage for doing laundry. Vehicles must be parked outside of the garage. Other things to note The large double-sized lot is shared with our other listing, "Cute Edmonds Cottage". You will have your own private entrance and deck and share the bonfire pit and large yard with our other listing. We ask that you have no loud parties and you respect the other guests and neighbors. This listing is in a quiet residential neighborhood.
