This is winter dependent. Given the exclusivity of this community we ask that you do not cross over into the private property of our neighbors to the north. When exiting the property out of the sliding doors you can head south(left) on the dirt road and that will take you to the tram/stairway to the beach down below. The city of Casco Township allows only 4 cars to be parked on the property. If there are more than 4 cars in your party, please park off site in a public parking lot and carpool/shuttle in to avoid any fines from the city. All Upscale Lakeshore vacation rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your booking will include applicable taxes, a cleaning fee along with a safety and damage protection policy. We want to ensure the safety and security of our guests and properties. When you book a vacation home with us, you will be required to sign a rental agreement after booking along with completing a verification process. To complete the verification, you will be contacted via email and/or text message. Please be sure to complete this before your arrival, so we can confirm your reservation.
