It might cause loud noise during the day. Parking on the street could also be limited, but will available in back of the building accessed by alley. The townhomes are the first new buildings on this street since World War 2. There are 1 additional units that will share the back yard. Parking is onsite in the back accessed through an alley. This neighborhood consists mostly of single story duplexes built in 1943 as dormitories for Boeing factory workers during WW2. Today, it's quiet and occupied by working class families. A fire station is located ~900 feet away at the end of the street. Police patrols often use it as a rest area. Ample drugstores, groceries, restaurants, and public library are available within 1 mile radius. Vehicle access is from a rear alley. There are 4 parking spots available per townhome (1 in the garage, 1 inside the gate, and 2 on driveway.) There's also an open parking lot at the end of the street. Strongly discourage street parking near the front of buildings. That's a quick way to draw unwanted attention from neighbors. Hot tub under the Gazebo is not operational! Bedroom on first floor doesn't have a closet. Guests might be required sign a Liability Release Agreement before check-in.
