Welcome to a walkable and affordable place located near Uptown 23rd District! The perfect location if you’re looking to check out midtown and downtown OKC. Our place has easy access to get in and out of the city. The queen bed easily sleeps two and a sleeper couch in the living room for one. The bathroom is attached to the bedroom- includes stand up shower. Perfectly located just blocks away from Midtown, Plaza District & Uptown on 23rd where you can pick from many local restaurants! This apartment is in an older historic building and has been renovated in the last few years. Updated kitchen and bath. Nice sized bedroom with attached bathroom and closet. Bathroom has a shower stall, no tub. Your specific unit and the basement for laundry. We won't be available in person typically, as this is a self check in unit, but our office is right around the corner. We try our best to respond quickly to messages. Any messages after 10pm may not be answered until the next morning. If you have an emergency, please call 911. Secure one bedroom apartment to yourself, located blocks from several known restaurants and pubs many of which are locally owned. Walking distance from nightlife in The Plaza and Midtown. The area is developing and changing fast! Enjoy the historic homes located in Heritage Hills and the best of OKC's recent urban renaissance. Here's how you can get around Oklahoma City: Street Cars Visitors to OKC have a convenient new way to move around downtown. The Oklahoma City Streetcar, with beautiful green, blue and pink cars, connect visitors to hotels, dining and attractions throughout Downtown, Bricktown, Automobile Alley and Midtown. Seven cars run on two loops, with varying schedules six days a week. With 22 platforms on the 4.7-mile loop, passengers only need to walk a couple blocks to find a platform. Taxi Service Taxis are available at downtown hotels and the Transportation Plaza at Will Rogers World Airport. The plaza can be accessed from baggage claim on the lower level of the terminal. Average fare from Will Rogers World Airport to downtown Oklahoma City is $25. Travel by Transit EMBARK buses serve much of the Oklahoma City metro area. Each route’s hours of operation vary, but many popular routes run about every 30 minutes during the weekday and every 60 minutes on Saturday. The Downtown Discovery is a free transit service with stops located throughout downtown and Bricktown. Oklahoma River Cruises More than your average transit option, Oklahoma River Cruises offers a variety of specialty cruises and regularly scheduled river transit trips Wednesday-Sunday from April to December. No need to worry about the heat or cold, because the beautiful 65’ river cruisers have climate-controlled cabins. Trip times and fares vary by destination. All cruisers are ADA accessible. Parking is off Francis Ave or the 4 guest spots, if available, outside the gate, not in the common parking area, which is paid tenant parking. Regarding early/late check in/out- they are subject to availability (other check outs/ins the same day, etc) and we do have a $20 early/late check out fee.
