Throughout the home you can enjoy HDTVs with cable and private Wi-Fi. Family members of any age will appreciate the luxuries of this home. The ground level houses the master bedroom, master bathroom, updated kitchen and main living room with a stonewall gas fireplace and large HDTV. Plus there is access to the beach through the sliding glass doors. The main dining table has seats for 6, plus seats for 4 more at the kitchen bar. Or dine outside at the lakeview table with room for 4 and additional chairs and bench seating all around. There is also a booster seat provided for any little ones at the table. The mid-level has bedrooms 2 and 3, each with a queen bed, and another full bathroom with walk-in shower and dual sinks. The top-level living area has a large sectional couch with queen bed, TV, and full bathroom. If you are interested in taking advantage of the Lakeland Village amenities, simply use the telephone located inside the home and call the front desk. If you have any other questions about their facilities, give them a ring. There is nearby boat, SUP and kayak rental within walking distance to Lakeland Village in the summer as well as on-site ski and snowboard rental in the winter (SUP/kayak rental may be unavailable due to high lake level, please check with us or the front desk to confirm). This beautifully updated unit is only available through RnR Vacation Rentals. Renting through RnR allows you to pick your unit and includes access to all amenities including the pools, hot tubs, beach, fitness center, discounted ski and snowboard rental, and free coffee at the lobby. Get around the city for free with the city’s new “Lake Link” on-demand ride service. IMPORTANT: This home is not available through the Aston hotel management company and does not include access to the Aston, the Aston shuttle van, or towel service. We have plenty of linens and towels for your use in the home. Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply. There is parking for 3 cars included in your rental, only 2 Parking Passes during summer months between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Pets are not allowed. This home does not have air conditioning. You will receive 3 parking passes to park in the lot of Lakeland Village, only 2 Parking Passes during summer months between Memorial Day and Labor Day. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Animals of any kind are never allowed in the home. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for specifics on charges). - The Management Fee for this rental includes the RnR Advantage Plan. This plan protects you against accidental damage up to $1,000. - Your price quote includes local taxes. - If you book this home the same day as your stay begins, please contact us first so we can ensure the home is ready in time for your stay. - No Bachelor/Bachelorette parties - IMPORTANT: Your reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement.
