This is no ordinary destination–it’s Avondale Hills Farm.This reconstructed farmhouse is situated on 41 Acres of beautiful hilly farmland.A pond, rolling creek, Native Plants and fresh springs help to encourage the incredible ecosystem here.We are home to Laying Hens, Lionhead & Holland Lop Rabbits, Nigerian Dwarf Goats and Barn Cats. We are known as a Bird & Butterfly Sanctuary. We grow many Perennial and Native Plants to Help support the Biodiversity.All over seen by 2 livestock guardian dogs! Completely renovated with all high end finishes, Theater room, Cafe, Great room and kitchen with 12 ft table and fireplace. Each Bedroom has their own private two vanity full bath. Breathtaking views on top of the hill and barn down to the spring fed pond. The Theater room is outfitted with an HD projector. 2 gas fireplaces create both heat and ambiance seasonally. We've mixed both modern elements with some original farmhouse relics like original hardwoods and interior stone walls. Year round we have a 7 person 115 jet hot tub. Two swing sets that accomodate three adults, one infant and two children. Pool is available between 15 May and 21 September. The house is heated and cooled with geothermal. The hot water is outfitted with 2 extra large on-demand gas heaters which means you'll never run out of hot water. The entire house is also on backup generators so you'll never have a dull vacation moment. Each room has an ultra 4K 55" TV. The Theater room is outfitted with an HD projector that has access to, Blue Ray DVDs, Apple TV and also Nintendo Switch! 2 gas fireplaces create both heat and ambiance fall and winter. During the warmer months of the year, the salt water pool is open! Due to Covid-19 we are trying to reduce any risk of any exposure from guest to worker. Sight and Sound Theater, American Music Theater and outlets galore. Summer reservations starting June 22-Aug 31 2024 are check-ins on Saturday for 7 night minimum only includes 15% discount. We are not a wedding or events venue farm. This is a working farm with farmers attending to the livestock and fields. The seasonal fireplaces are maintained and opened by professionals beginning of Oct and Closed end of April. They are gas only and work electronically. They cannot be used alongside air conditioning.
