Kayaks (2), pool (Memorial Day thru Labor Day), fireplace, pool table, ping pong, table hockey, tennis court, basket ball hoop, theater room, televisions (5), and 7 acres of property. All toiletries are provided, fully furnished executive kitchen, pool floats and outdoor barbecue grills (2). Our organic garden is always available for guests to pick in season produce. Help yourself to tomatoes, peppers, onions, fresh berries and a variety of other fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables! Everything is available for use (depending on the season). Tennis court, pool, pool table, theater room, river, front pasture, kayaks, and indoor amenities. Garage and barn are not available to guests. Plenty of parking space awaits you at the St. Joe Overlook, with a long driveway leading up to a spacious parking area in front of the garage that can accommodate up to 6-7 cars with ease, and additional space available along the driveway. You and your guests can rest easy knowing that parking will never be an issue during your stay - book now and experience the convenience! Security cameras are posted at every exterior entrance as well as one viewing the pool. These serve to protect both estate guests and the owners. Recording is based on motion activation, and is not reviewed unless evidence of house rule violation or damage is present. No smoking or vaping on property. Tampering with smoke detectors or security system will result in a $250 fine. This space is not listed for use for parties, gatherings or events. No outdoor noise after 10 pm. If neighbors raise noise complaints after 10 pm to the owners, the tenants will be removed from the property after verification of complaints with security camera footage. No food in the hot tub. If hot tub requires extensive cleaning (food, glass, vomit or other such debris) guests will be charged an additional $500 fee. Please note that pool and gardening service may arrive before, during or after your stay. This service is to ensure higher quality vacations for you or upcoming guests. Guests may not sublet the listing or charge others for the use of the listing or amenities during their stay. Guests may not receive mail or packages to the address. Guests may not modify the individuals included in their reservation without notifying hosts. Modifying the number of guests will result in additional charges. Pool and lawn maintenance may occur during guest stay, guests will not be disturbed during this time. Pool may be heated for an additional $75 per day of complete reservation, including checkout day plus the day before your check-in. This is in order to ensure pool is heated to appropriate temperature during your stay.
