There's a large covered picnic area with plenty of seating with an outdoor kitchen. You'll also have access to two private tennis courts and the fitness room located on-site. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations.
