Our Modern Lodge was just remodeled, and is perfect for your Oregon Coast vacation. Our oceanfront rental boasts unobstructed views of the incredible seven mile sandy Manzanita Beach and Neahkahnie Mountain, and is a short walk to the main street of Manzanita. *Accommodates up to 12 people 3 years and over. Up to 14 with 2 children ages 2 and younger. You’ll find many wonderful touches and amenities perfect for your group experience: • A large, ocean view fully equipped open kitchen concept with spacious counters and lots of equipment perfect for the most discerning cook, or simply gathering to create the perfect meal. • Huge extendable dining table for up to 14* guests. And you'll be able to gather together to enjoy family, friends, or co-workers while surrounded by ocean views. • Gather together on the large deck overlooking the sparkling Pacific Ocean to relax or toast the spectacular ocean sunsets or BBQ on the large propane grill. • Gather on the stone patio around the crackling fire pit.. • Enjoy the wood burning fireplaces in either the large great room or cozy family room while watching either of the the large HDTVs. We're a charming, small community of creative, independent people, businesses, shops and restaurants. All located on an incredible seven mile sandy beach. Due to local short term permit requirements, guests must provide all mandated contact information upon booking. Guests are required to provide personal contact information for guests such as legal name, physical address, email, and cell phone (if cell phone is different than the one provided to Airbnb), and license plate number(s) of the cars visiting the property. There are no exceptions to this policy. Contact us for permission to bring your canine pet. Upon approval, we will send you a "special offer" which will include a pet fee of $150 per pet. Fridays and Saturdays booked together except with special circumstances and owner permission. When a partial weekend is booked, guests still pay for two weekend nights, plus week nights (as example, if a Saturday through Tuesday stay is booked, guests pay for two weekend nights, plus one weeknight; if a Wednesday through Saturday is booked, guests pay for one weeknight and two weekend nights). This property is permitted as a Vacation Rental.
