The finished basement is where you will find an amazing bunk room that will make any child or adult jump for joy! Each of the four bunks include a luxurious queen size mattress, lighting, storage closet, and outlets. A beautiful center staircase separates the bottom two bunks and leads you up to the top two. Just off the foyer you will enjoy a beautiful office with gorgeous bookshelves, comfortable furnishings, and a desk for those of you who need to get a little work done. A large walk-in pantry is just off the kitchen and mudroom. The carriage house / garage is currently being used as owner storage. Our housekeepers come prior to check in, and after check-out. A cleaning fee in the amount of $1,000 will be added to all rentals. Also, each approved guest over the maximum number of guests (16 max) will incur a $100 per night (per person) fee. For an additional fee the housekeepers can come more frequently. Cost depends on your needs. The refundable security deposit is $5,000. This will be returned within 14 days of check out. Our house manager and caretaker will be your direct contacts throughout your stay. They are happy to help with anything specific you need. If anything on site needs to be addressed our caretaker will handle. Our caretaker will be there to greet you and your guests. He will give you a walk through of the home and answer any questions you may have. We do NOT allow weddings or events of any kind to take place on the property. NO pets allowed.
