Have Endless Fun and Entertainment With Your Family Without Leaving Your Beach H- Awaken to the sound of breaking waves, grab a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise out of the sea from the expansive 26-foot balcony with a superb view of the ocean. - Enjoy the ambiance, convenience and safety of being right on the beach. - After a day on the beach, relax at the in-building pool, sauna, whirlpool and fitness center downstairs. - Catch your favorite movies,ballgames and shows on 3 flat-panel TV's including a 46" LED HDMI flat panel TV with Premium HBO group channels and Netflix capabilities. - Enjoy the versatility of the Onkyo AV receiver directly connected to the Internet and loaded with apps like Pandora, Spotify, etc. with a sound system that is volume-controllable in rooms throughout the condo. - For some down-time you'll be happy to have the Nintendo Wii gaming system, Blu-Ray player and a closet full of games, DVDs and movies. - Your beach house is outfitted with GE Profile kitchen appliances and a complete complement of cooking tools and utensils. Stay Connected (if You wish) with Communications & Convenience Features: - Included high-speed Internet - Ethernet ports in every room and N1 WiFi accessible strongly throughout the condo and extends to the Promenade below. - For conference calls or private conversations, seclude yourself in the small private office with Wifi. Please respect the no dog policy. *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. *Please note: The north side of the Edgewater House will be conducting an exterior renovation project from 9/7/2021 through 5/26/2022. Guests staying on the south side of Edgewater during this time may hear noise related to this project. Parking notes: Parking space #: 204NE - Guests are reminded to place their parking permit on their dash when parking in Sea Colony. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 10 a.m. on checkout day. Each property has one assigned parking spot. If you have a second vehicle you may park in any unassigned parking space. Please note that unassigned parking spaces (for a second vehicle) are not guaranteed and operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
