Guest access The Palmetto building has 24-hour security, a panoramic lobby, Wi-Fi in the building's common areas, a swimming pool for children and adults, a Turkish bath, a gym, and parking. The pools are open every day from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm except on Tuesdays when maintenance is carried out in the morning and they are open again from 12:00 pm. Other things to note It is very important to take into account the requirements at the time of registration in the Palmetto building in the city of Cartagena to comply with the country's control entities that govern tourist establishments in Colombia. 1. Mandatory documentation: - Foreign guests: must present a valid passport with the entry stamp of Migración Colombia. - Foreigners of Venezuelan nationality: must present a valid passport or residence permit. -Colombian guests: must present a citizenship card. -Minors: must present an identity card or civil registration. ⚠️ Important: Minors must register with their parents. If traveling with another adult, the latter must present an authenticated permit signed by the parents, authorizing their accompaniment. 2. Access to common areas – Handles: In the Palmetto building, a wristband is charged at the time of registration, which will give you access to all the common areas of the building and must be worn throughout the stay. These wristbands are already charged at the time of booking (6 wristbands equivalent to 6 people), however for the seventh person it must be paid at the time of check-in because it is not included in the value. The wristband costs COP 65,000 - USD 23 per apartment and the additional person costs COP 80,000 or USD 18. This is a control measure for the entry of guests. (Keep in mind that these values are required by the building management to keep track of the people who are staying in the building). 3.
