Rental unit in Paris

This very cozy, highly well-equipped and completely private studio-room is perfect for any travelling party who wants to experience Paris' nicest and most central neighborhood, as long as you don't need/want to cook! The space The studio features two levels: on the ground floor, a nice living room which doubles as an additional bedroom with a large pull-out couch that turns into a premium queen sized bed. Also on that level is the large flat screen TV, breakfast setup, mini-fridge, and a large modern bathroom with ample closet space. Guest access The whole studio is entirely for the guests. The little courtyard is shared by studio guests and us in the apartment, but we almost never use it, so please enjoy it! For guests staying a week or more, our cleaning lady can do your laundry once a week. During your stay Time zones aside (I often travel) I will be available to address any issue or question you may have. Other things to note RECYCLING: All plastic, metal and paper goes in the larger trash can (and is emptied in the yellow-top collector in the building lobby) All food and non recycling in the smaller bin (green-top collector) All glass can be directly disposed in the white-top collector.
