The house was built in 1820 and has beautiful wooden floors, but despite its age is comes with wonderful amenities, such as a sauna, swimming pool, 2 acres of landscaped yard, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, library/TV room, dining room to seat 8 people and two open fireplaces. There are four bedrooms in total, three of which have queen beds, and one has bunk beds which are suitable for adults and kids. There are also three reception rooms are three bathrooms, one of which is en-suite with the primary bedroom the other two have showers. The town of Clinton Corners is no more than 10 minutes from Millbrook, NY. A very cute town with a quaint Saturday farmers market, restaurants, antique shops and a diner! There is plenty to do in the area. The house is perfect for groups and can accommodate lots of people without feeling crowded due to its three living rooms. Please note there is a 3 night off peak minimum and a 7 night minimum during the summer months.
