The unit is perfect for holidays, spring break, or a relaxing family vacation next to the beach. It has been recently remodeled and is located in the Sand Pebbles Resort in Solana Beach/Del Mar area of San Diego, next to the beach and Del Mar racetrack. It is minutes from the Torrey Pines Golf Course and State Park, La Jolla, and in proximity with easy access to everywhere in San Diego, including the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and Museums, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Downtown, Gaslamp, and the Convention Center. The condo is completely furnished with marble granite kitchens, furniture, appliances, flat screen TV/internet, and etc. The resort has a brand new pool and jacuzzi/spa, patio dining, BBQ grills, gaming and laundry rooms, beach amenities, and more. The condo is within a block of the beach and day and nightlife activities. There is on site staff to help you with any needs. In addition, we live nearby if you need any help with anything. Finally, the condo is professionally cleaned prior to arrival and there are on site cleaners. We use hotel grade disinfectants for cleaning that make it perfect for those travelers with COVID concerns. The entire condo and resort complex We live nearby and can help with any issues. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you have during your stay. The resort is in the very safe and exclusive neighborhood of Solana Beach in Del Mar of San Diego. It is next to the beach and the world famous Del Mar Fairgrounds and Racetrack. It is surrounded by high end stores, restaurants, and nightlife. There is easy access to the freeway and public transportation. The resort is near major attractions - Del Mar Fair and Racetrack, Torrey Pines Golf Course and State Park, La Jolla, Legoland, Balboa Park, Downtown, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal/Safari Park. The condo is about a mile from the freeway(I-5) and by all kinds public transportation (train station, bus stops, lots of Uber/Lyft) for easy access. It is a couple blocks from a major train station - so you can easily hop on the Amtrak or Coaster for day trips to North or South San Diego, Los Angeles, or Mexico(Tijuana, Rosarito, Baja California), or airport. There is lots of free parking in the complex and additional street parking available. Great way to avoid having to pay for parking when visiting the beach or going to the Del Mar Fair. Please note the following - 1. We recommend bringing your own travel kits as we only provide bar soap, and don't provide shampoo or conditioner. 2. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and equipment, but the kitchen only has basic condiments(coffee, salt/pepper, napkins, etc). 3. The unit does not have an AC as its next to the ocean and gets the ocean breeze. In addition, there are many ceiling fans, portable fans, and windows in the unit. 4. The front desk may ask for credit card information for a refundable security deposit and incidental charges. This is a standard security deposit charge(similar to other hotels/resorts) and is refunded at the end of your trip as long as there are no damages and everything is in order. 5. Only ADA/service pets are allowed at the resort and we must be notified in advance 6. If you have any issues with the unit during your stay, feel free to contact us or reach out to the front desk to help resolve it. 7. Check In Time is anytime after 4PM and Check out Time is 10AM. The resort has a zero tolerance policy towards late check outs and they will charge a late check out fee of $25 per 30 minutes if the unit is not vacated by the check out time (10AM). 8. The unit is part of the a vacation resort and we own multiple units in the resort - there may be layout variations depending on availability, but all have the same features/amenities, descriptions, and size.
