The space The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed as well as a sofa bed (brand new since November 2025). There is also reversible air conditioning. A large terrace to enjoy the sun (south facing), the sea and the pine forest. The residence also has a superb infinity pool with a breathtaking view of the sea. This is only open during high season (June to September). In 2026, the swimming pool will exceptionally be open from April! The residence was designed by the architect Jean Nouvel, world famous for the design of the Louvre Museum in Abu Dhabi. A covered and private parking space as well as bed and bath linen are also provided in the price of the accommodation. There is also a Tassimo coffee machine (2 pods are available at the beginning of the stay). There is also TV and Wi-Fi during your stay. Guest access The city of Cap d'Ail offers many geographical advantages: the sea is about a ten-minute walk from the apartment. This is Mala Beach, which has the reputation of being one of the most beautiful (wild) beaches in the area. Monaco being bordering you can access it in 5 minutes where you will find many events throughout the year. The highway is also a few minutes away, and you can reach downtown Nice as well as the airport in 25 minutes; the same to go to the Italian border. The train station is a 2-minute drive away. The bus stop is right at the entrance of the residence - numbers and schedules to check on the internet. There are also very enjoyable hiking trails depending on your tastes: sea side (Chemin des Douaniers) or mountain side (Tête de Chien).
