Cottage w jetty Sto archipelago - motorboat option

A truly wonderful, relaxing, mindful place in the center of the Stockholm archipelago. We are close to the island Möja with all its facilities. A small rowing boat is always included. In addition, two "add-on" packages are offered separately; (1) a ”boat-package” including an engine for the boat and three kayaks (2 single, one twin kayak), and (2) a "Sauna package" including a fabulous outdoor warmwater shower with a fabulous view . Water toilet, cold and warm tap water. Please note that two of four beds are in a "walk-trough" area, which can be seen in the picture section) Everyone has different wishes. That is why we have created a "Boat package" and a "Sauna/luxury shower" package. The boat package includes a motor for the boat and access to three kayaks (1+1+2-man). The second includes access to a sauna and a newly built fantastic outdoor shower (hot water) which has an outstanding view of the sea. More info and prices under "images" Guest access You have your house on your own with a outdoor hotwater shower. A sauna in a separate building with fantastic outdoor warmwater shower is optional. You will have a small rowing boat on your own. (Motorboat and kayakpackage is optional). You park the boat at the dock (shared with possible other guests) next to your house. Other things to note Please note; towels and linen/bedding are not included, but check with us, we have some sets to provide at a charge (Euro 30 per person for washing and handling). Quilts and pillows are provided. Water toilet in the bathroom, outdoor hotwater shower at the house. Cleaning is not included. Cleaning gear is available. We kindly ask to leave the house as clean and orderly as you found it. A service charge between Euro 50 and 200 (depends on how we solve the situation; local cleaning company or on our own) will be added if you miss out on cleaning. Fresh water is a scarce resourse. Please use with care. A bone fire direct on a rock/cliff/stone damages the surface. It cracks and leaves bad scars that never go away. Please don’t . There are several ways to travel to Byholmen island: - by own boat - by Waxholmsboat from Stockholm (pier Strömkajen) to Södermöja (search waxholmsbolaget-, enter from Strömkajen, to Södermöja. After disembarking the Waxholm boat, walk 300 meter, use your rowing boat to cross 30 meter to Byholmen. It is a beatiful boat trip. - by Waxholmsboat from Sollenkroka to Södermöja. Then, see above .... - If you arrive to Södermöja we often can pick you up (if we are close) - If you arrive to Södermöja we can pick you up (if we are close) - You may also book a sea cab from Sollenkroka directly to Byholmen (approx. Euro 160 in total). We can provide phone number or book for you - You shop groceries at nearby Möja (Berg). Or you dine at one of several restaurant on Möja. If you have added the motorboat package: The petrol tank of the boat is full upon arrival. Please fill it up again after usage, for the convenience of next guest (1% oil mixture - 2-stroke oil).
