The Casita is an early 1900's adobe structure that is located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. The guesthouse and main house were completely rebuilt and renovated in early 2018. The Casita has high end finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, oversize windows and skylights, ceiling fans, hardwood doors, AC, a covered porch, exposed beams, t&g ceiling and more. We allow up to 2 well trained pets unless prior authorization is obtained. The space Off street parking is available at the Casita and the adobe construction provides a very quiet environment. There is a firepit and propane grill available at the main house for guests upon request. Full kitchen. There are always plenty of activities close by with this downtown location. We have a 2 well trained pet maximum unless prior authorization is obtained. This Casita is not large enough to host gatherings or multiple pets. Guest access Access to the entire Casita and back yard space. Parking is available on street for larger vehicles /RV's or off street parking is available behind the main house. Other things to note Access to the Casita is through a side yard driveway gate. The gate will generally be unlocked or open for your stay however a lockbox code will be provided for keys and access under certain circumstances. Please DO NOT leave the code set on the lockbox after retrieving the keys! DO NOT permanently change the lockbox code! Only 2 well trained / behaved pets are allowed unless prior authorization is obtained. Please do not turn the heat up above 76 or the cooling below 68. The unit will turn off.
