This nautical bedroom has a private entrance to the adjacent hall bathroom so it’s very convenient. The extra large hall bathroom is a palm tree paradise! With an oversized tub/shower combination with shower massage it is sure to be comfortable for everyone. The Crew’s Quarters is the kids' own bunk room. It’s every kid’s dream room. The bunk beds and cool kid friendly furniture are so much fun. There’s a TV just for them, too. This hall area bunk room has real doors so the kids have their privacy and so do you! Bunk beds are for use by kids under 100 lbs. only, please. The gourmet kitchen has an ocean view, too! With stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and gourmet cookware, it's a pleasure to prepare meals and snacks. You'll find everything you need to make cooking easy in your kitchen: a coffee maker and a Keurig machine, coffee grinder, blender, hand mixer, toaster, knife block set, dinnerware, flatware, glassware and tons of other gadgets. There’s even a crock-pot for having dinner ready when you get back from a long day at the beach. The property has a washer/dryer and an iron and ironing board for your convenience. Parking passes and wristbands must be pre-registered and picked up at the front desk upon your arrival.There is a fee associated with this reservation after booking! You are limited to 2 parking passes. There are two decks, one adjacent to the Grand Beach tower that is served by a walk over bridge and another that is located adjacent to the street side tower. Parking rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
