The HUGE living room surrounded by natural light, relaxing couches, bar area and is great for lounge-fest after a day of hiking, OR sneak away to the TV room and get cozy for a movie! The space includes mud-room access, great for storing bikes, skis, and doing muddy laundry! The multiple terraced patio spaces are epic for sun soaking, sitting in the sun, letting the kids loose in the BOA rockyard and outdoor dining. There is a gas grill and bar seating as well! Main Living: Large Living Room, TV Room(with a Queen sized air mattress), Desk space, Craft space/game table, Dining Room(seats 6-8), Fully Stocked Kitchen, Full Bathroom, Mud Room Upstairs- Room #1- Queen bed with ensuite bathroom and hanging closet. Room #2- Two Twins with hanging closet Room #3- Queen bed with hanging closet Room #4- Twin with packnplay in closet Each room has its own heater for comfort, extra blankets, pillows, towels are provided. This historic home does NOT have AC, but we do have a unit for the bedroom floor and will install during the summer months. The mountain air and screen windows also allow for a beautiful breeze. Guest access Main entry and secondary mudroom access are available- Other things to note Pets are NOT allowed without permission/additional deposit fee. For long term stays-Due to nature of being in the country, all food crumbs, etc must be cleaned between their stays/visits. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the property is left in a condition that could attract mice/rodent.
