We are close to: Paisley Park, Mall of America, Chanhassen , Lake Minnetonka and 25 min. to downtown or MSP airport. Sit outside in privacy & enjoy the gas firepit, grill, & wood fire pit. The hot tub and all outdoor amenities are for your private use. Ideal for families with kids. Electric fireplace! Full kitchen! Gas range 2023 The space This is a 1500 square foot walkout lower level unit of a home that the I , the owner, reside in upstairs. There are no shared spaces. It has 2 private entrances with self check in. Your unit has these amenities for your private use: A deck with sitting area furniture, a year-round hot tub, a high- top table , a gas fire pit,and a gas grill. A patio with a table, a wood burning fire pit area, and a trampoline A living room with 2 love seats, a sofa, and a 55-inch TV, with steaming such as Netfix and Amazon Prime.There is a DVD player and a Wi console with Games . Electric fireplace A full kitchen with full sized fridge, new gas range with griddle in 2023 ,microwave, air fryer, crock pot, 4 slice toaster, an instant pot, 2 coffee pots,and a waffle iron. The table has 6 chairs. There are dishes,flatware, glassware, utensils, pots pans,wine glasses, beer mugs etc A sitting room with desk, sofa bed 2 chairs and air mattress This doubles as the 3rd bedroom. Large bedroom with a king bed, chair, large picture window, and door to the deck, with lock and key. Second bedroom with full sized bed, a large built in desk, air mattress and lock and key Large 3/4 bath Private Laundry/ Utility room with new washer and dryer Children's books and toys It accomadtes up to 6. Possibly 7 if someone is willing to sleep .on the couch.. but it will be tight quarters I provide dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner,toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, foil, plastic wrap,baggies,and garbage bags. I have bathrobes, towels, and washcloths. Guest access The deck, gas grill, hot tub, and firepits are for your PRIVATE use and not shared during your stay. You have your own private laundry room/ Storage area with a large folding table, laundry soap and laundry basket. The year round hot tub is on your deck, right outside your bedroom or living room door. I may provide binoculars to view the deer , birds and wild turkeys. Other things to note The upper level of the home occasionally is rented out as a separate unit. It has its own ammenities, and none are shared. The lower level can be accessed by a private entrance to either the living area or bedroom. There is a door at the bottom of the stairs of the owner unit. This separates the units and provides complete privacy. There is a slope to navigate around the house to the entrance. It is shoveled and de iced in the winter, but may be difficult to navigate for those with mobility issues.
