Make yourself at home, explore the entire area, enjoy sitting in the swing in the late afternoon and chill! We are pet friendly, a one time fee of 30. Payable upon your departure, which can be left in the "Pet Fee" deposit jar. The bungalow is privacy fenced, ample parking, plus private patio & grill. The space Perfect place to stay for fishing, beaching and just chilling out. Our bungalow is special due to the large privacy fenced yard, lighted private patio, gas bbq grill, lovely patio table and chairs. There is also plenty of parking space, for your boat too. The bedroom includes a queen size bed, a sleep cot with mattress, plus an air mattress if needed, 42 inch tv with Spectrum Gold. Find shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and nice fluffy towels in bath. Guest access Guests have total access to the entire property. Feel free to enjoy my backyard garden.. visit the koi pond.. swing under the trees or just relax on your private deck and patio. Other things to note There will be a 30.00 per person daily charge for over 2 persons. I do not recommend more than 2 persons in my bungalow
