Within a few miles from the house you have, great surf spots, hiking, snorkeling, diving, fishing spots, world-class golfing, excellent restaurants and local boutique shops. Come to the south shore of Kauai for an ultimate get away. The unit is brand new, finished in Sept. 2018. It has split system AC, memory foam mattresses. Its the best location on the island for an outdoor lifestyle. So many great shops, food, and beaches to enjoy. You'll be able to access the entire unit on the 2nd floor. It has it's own private entrance. Other people are building homes in this neighborhood. It's still very quiet and peaceful though. I live 15 min. away from this house. I can bring guests anything they might need. It's very quiet, clean, and walkable to the shops and restaurants. Most guest rent a car, we don't really have a lot of uber drivers on Kauai. You could ride bikes, walk, or use the public bus within a 5 min walk from the unit.
