Tons of natural light fills this ground floor end unit condo and the patio gets plenty of sunshine from its southern exposure. It is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The resort offers 2 pools a hot tub, tennis courts and a gas BBQ grill. This is a great place for a large group or even two families to share. The extra-large master bedroom has a California king bed ( great for taller people as it is 4 inches longer than a standard king bed) as well as a daybed with a trundle to easily sleep 4 comfortably. The en suite master bath has double sinks, an extra-large soaking tub and a separate shower. The 2nd bedroom has a standard king bed (so there is no fighting over which couple gets the king bed). The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and we also provide a portable crib (pack-n-play). The last thing you’ll have to worry about is trying to stuff all of your beach necessities into your suitcase, so we provide beach towels, chairs, a cooler and an umbrella and even a beach cart to haul all of your things down to the sand. We provide Xfinity cable in the living room and have smart TVs in the master and 2nd bedroom (there is not a TV in the small twin bedroom). There are several local restaurants within a few minutes of the condo and many more in downtown St Augustine, however, we provide a fully stocked kitchen so that you can make a home-cooked meal if you wish. Publix and Winn Dixie are the 2 local grocery stores that are right up the street. This condo is very spacious with over 1500 sq ft and has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a large patio. Although we are dog-friendly, we do have a maximum weight limit of 45 pounds and we don't allow certain breeds as specified by the HOA. Book today to guarantee your stay! We live about 35 minutes south of the condo and we respect our guests' privacy. There is an electronic lock on the door for easy access and we are available if you have questions. Located just 7 miles away from the Historic downtown St. Augustine~ the 143 year old Lighthouse and Museum ~ the Castillo de San Marcos fort and the Alligator Farm. The nearest airport is the Daytona Beach Airport. Plenty of free covered parking. It is a short walk through the complex to the beach and there are restaurants, shops and bars just a 5 minute drive from the condo. Although we welcome your little ones please note that the condo is not fully baby-proofed. There is a $200.00 fine for smoking in the condo.
