The Villa is connected to one other private Villa and is sitting on a stunning 1/2 acre lot. There are no shared common walls between the living spaces, and are connected by the garage walls only and each home is separated by 2 separate garages. The master bedrooms are on the opposite sides of the building offering complete privacy. Each Villa comes with a private, gated back yard and patio, with each Villa also including a private, heated hot tub and sitting area. Nothing is shared between these beautiful Villas. Boat parking is 30’x60’. Guests could be sharing the Boat Parking space with the adjacent Villas guests- leaving each guest with large 15’x60’ secure gated parking. RV’s not allowed without previous authorization and payment of fee. RV’s on boat parking site without reservation will incur $100/night penalty. *Quiet Hours are strictly enforced from 10PM to 7AM.
