Located only 15 miles from Pensacola Beach, our house sits in a quiet well-maintained neighborhood. It is a quick drive to the beach, downtown, PCC, UWF or the Speedway. You will find clean and spacious rooms for your comfort and relaxation. New carpet was installed upstairs in 2024. The living room chair, couch and loveseat all recline. There are plenty of beach towels, coolers and some beach toys available for your use. The space The open 2 story ceiling in the living room welcomes you with plenty of sunlight. The kitchen is well-stocked enabling you to cook meals for your family or group. The spacious owner's suite has a luxurious king mattress. The main level bedroom has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a desk if you need office space. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except for one owner's closet. There is space to park one vehicle in the garage. The driveway has room for 2 additional vehicles. You will enter the front door using a code. All codes will be given prior to check-in. New codes are generated for each booking.
