Three separate living spaces—one two-bedroom, one single-bedroom, and one studio, each with its own kitchen or kitchenette, bathroom, TV, and gas fireplace—share a huge oceanfront deck with panoramic views, a Weber grill, and two wind-screened hot tubs! Each space has its own private entrance, making this a terrific way to share a vacation with multiple families. Nelscott Anchor House has been thoughtfully updated, but retains its historic 1940’s charm, with beadboard wainscoting, tile flooring, and an enchanting beamed, vaulted ceiling. Each level has its own deck and ocean view, with stairway access to the main-level deck, and a set of stairs down the cliff-face that gives you direct beach access. The Olivia Beach access is just down the street if you prefer a wider staircase, and it’s also just a short drive to Nelscott Beach and many other Lincoln City attractions. If you enjoy privacy, but want to share coastal time with a group of friends or family, Nelscott Anchor House provides an adorably retro space and fantastic ocean views for a memorable stay in Lincoln City!

All cleaning policies meet or exceed CDC standards and recommendations. Our team wears new masks, gloves and shoes covers each time they enter home to prepare it for a new stay. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels and other linens as well as tubs and toilets. Meredith Lodging has added the extra measure of a pre-check-in inspection to make sure all of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are complete and to our standard before you arrive.

Once it passes inspection, your home sits empty until you arrive for your contact-free check-in. Additionally, if your home features a private hot tub, rest assured it is disinfected, treated and cleaned thoroughly after each departure so that you and your guests can enjoy it with peace of mind during your stay.
