You are welcome to stay in our recently converted barn and annex. Enjoy far reaching views overlooking the Cheshire landscape, beautiful sunsets and peace and quiet in the countryside whilst still only being a 20 minute walk into Nantwich. The annex provides accessibility friendly bedrooms and a games room with drop down cinema screen and surround sound, pool table, table football and darts. Children will enjoy making use all the many toys, books and games available for them. The space At Upper Ridge Barn, open fields separate you from the beautiful market town of Nantwich, only a 20 minute walk away across the countryside or along pedestrian footpaths. Switch off and celebrate in a listed, Cheshire converted barn. Watch the sunset, relax to the sound of the trickling stream, toast marshmallows over the fire pit, lounge in the hammock or explore the footpaths that surround the property. Beautifully proportioned rooms flood with light. Use them to rejuvenate with family and friends amid the high ceilings, original beams with modern features such as underfloor heating throughout and large aluminium frame windows and doors, opening onto the garden and views beyond. Have fun in the hammock, chilling on the outdoor seating, and cracking croquet balls around the lawn. Dine al-fresco in the garden beneath endless skies; pause by the pond, find a separate sun terrace to congregate or escape. Inside, in spacious rooms, you’ll be able to get together to play board games in the drawing room, show your competitive side in the annex at table football, pool or darts; raid the toys and games in the children’s play room, or stay up way past bedtime watching a DVD on the drop down projector and home cinema system in the annex. Guest access The entire barn, annex and garden are for your private use to enjoy. The garage remains locked. Other things to note The garden has a pond and very small stream/waterfall. Please see photos. This is not fenced off. Our children enjoy pond dipping and jumping over the rocks in the waterfall, and occasionally like to fall in, but we always make sure they are supervised as the depth in the middle is approximately 3ft.
