Hana offers amazing adventures such as hiking, diving, swimming, surfing and stunning beaches. This custom built home situated on 2.8 acres in Hana features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All the rooms have ocean views, high ceilings, fans and closets. The kitchen features new appliances, granite countertops, ice maker in the freezer and basic cooking supplies. The covered and screened in Lanai is a great place to relax and also enjoy meals together at the huge wood slab table. Outside our guests will enjoy the beautiful surroundings of fruit trees, flowers, occasional stream and spacious mowed grass. . Usually there is some fruit growing our guests can enjoy. The house is open to guests. Downstairs is a garage and storage where guests are prohibited. We love people and look forward to offering advice that helps them have a safe and wonderful experience. The property is located in an agricultural zone where many people run farms. We are located close to Hana Airport and the State park. Easy drive to amazing beaches and Hana town. Please respect neighborhood quiet hours: 9pm to 8am We are located close to the state park and walking distance to some wonderful adventures, food trucks and farms. Town center is a short drive with no traffic lights. Seasonal fruit on the trees are available for guests to enjoy **Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the short-term rental home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area. **Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited. **Vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area and shall not be parked on the street. **No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.
