Our property is located in a quiet residential area of Koyari with close proximity (walking or driving) to Aruba’s best beaches, super and mini markets, pharmacy, gas station, car rentals, casinos, laundry services, authentic Aruban cuisine restaurants, spas, medical care clinic, open-air malls for family entertainment and other points of interest including Bubali bird sanctuary, The butterfly farm, and Aruba’s iconic 200 yeats old Wind Mill “ de Oude Molen”. Whilst many points of interest including beaches are within a distance (1.0 km) we recommend renting a car for your comfort and enjoyment of most of what Aruba has to offer. if you have infants traveling with your group, please inform us to ensure arrangements for a crib or pack & go playpen as necessary. We love our Island and care for the environment, we kindly request you to be mindful of your impact on our environment, we ask you to only have the air-conditioning on when in the bedroom and turn it off every time you leave the property and bedrooms. Housekeeping service is provided prior to your stay, additional housekeeping service is offered during your stay upon request and agreed fee. BEING GOOD NEIGHBORS: Please be considerate and respectful of neighbors. Please refrain from playing loud music or making excessive noise, especially after 9 PM. HOUSEKEEPING: This is a self-catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. BATH LINEN: We provide 1 set per person, extra sets are available at a surcharge. Bed and bath linen are changed only if you request our optional daily or midweek housekeeping services (surcharge applies). TOILET PAPER: We supply 2 rolls per bathroom, afterwards it is self-catering accommodation. BEACH ESSENTIALS: We provide beach chairs (2), beach towels, and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.
