The space This is a completely smoke free apartment including the balcony area. 6th floor apartment with ocean and pool side view. The apartment is 465 sq feet. It consist of a queen size bed and a full size sofa bed. Spacious bathroom area with plenty of towels and plenty of closet space .Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, microwave rice cooker, blender, coffee maker with plenty of local coffee and much more. 50 inch TCL Roku TV with plenty of streaming channels/ Sling TV is offered as main cable streaming. Guest access 1 secure parking is available on premise above ground, please leave the parking tag on the dashboard while parked on the condo parking lot. There is a padlock on the apartment door/ there you will find the apartment key and blue fob which gives you access to all areas of the condo. Fob gives full access to co do grounds, swimming pool and BBQ area which is located in the back of the building . There is coin laundry in the basement of condo. $2.50 wash & $2.50 dry.
