Quiet, in the countryside, spacious house located 5 minutes from downtown Pont-Scorff. Sometimes you have cows as neighbors, often birds singing in the early morning... From Pont-Scorff you can travel all over southern Brittany (from Vannes to Quimper) Lorient 15 minutes away with the Cité de la Voile and departures for the island of Groix. Beaches and seaside resort 20/25 minutes away: Larmor-Plage, Guidel, Ploemeur. Tasting of Belon or Etel oysters. Here's a sneak peek of local activities. The space On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, the shower room, a toilet and a large bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs a mezzanine composed of a relaxation area then a bedroom with two single beds. Outside you will find a terrace and a private garden not fenced.
