(see photo) The space "The apartment has split air conditioning and heating, guaranteeing comfort throughout the home. It has three bedrooms, all with access to a balcony overlooking the pool, which ensures tranquility at night as there is no traffic noise. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, while another bathroom is located in the hallway. Next to the living room is a cozy terrace overlooking the main street. In addition, the penthouse has a large terrace, accessible through a staircase in the living room (see photo). This terrace is decorated with illuminated planters that create a special atmosphere and bring life to the apartment, perfect for enjoying Alicante's privileged climate, which allows you to live outdoors many days of the year. On this terrace there is a reserved space with a washing machine and dryer, as well as clotheslines. The kitchen is separate, fully stocked and has all the necessary utensils.
