Beautiful penthouse with chill-out terrace ideal for spending a few pleasant days with the family or for traveling as a couple or on business. It has everything you need to live and is surrounded by supermarkets, tram, bus, beach, municipal park, shops, banks. (see photo) The space "The apartment has split air conditioning and heating, guaranteeing comfort throughout the home. It has three bedrooms, all with access to a balcony overlooking the pool, which ensures tranquility at night as there is no traffic noise. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, while another bathroom is located in the hallway. Next to the living room is a cozy terrace overlooking the main street. In addition, the penthouse has a large terrace, accessible through a staircase in the living room (see photo). This terrace is decorated with illuminated planters that create a special atmosphere and bring life to the apartment, perfect for enjoying Alicante's privileged climate, which allows you to live outdoors many days of the year. On this terrace there is a reserved space with a washing machine and dryer, as well as clotheslines. The kitchen is separate, fully stocked and has all the necessary utensils. It also has an osmosis system, so it won't be necessary to buy bottled water. The apartment is at the guest's complete disposal. An underground garage space is included for the tenants' convenience. The entrance has an access ramp to the elevator. For more entertainment, the accommodation has WiFi, Smart TV with Netflix included, board games and toys to make the stay special for both children and adults. If you need a crib, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready. Guest access A community pool for adults and another for children, free sun loungers, toilet with changing table for children. It is protected by a fence. Access corridor to the house's staircase with lights. Other things to note As a courtesy, we will welcome you personally, so we would appreciate it if you could adhere to the established schedule. In case of an urgent need to arrive later, please contact us in advance. Upon arrival, you will receive all the necessary explanations about the apartment, both verbally and in writing in your own language. You will also be shown how to access the garage and enter the house directly, as well as how to enter and exit through the gate when you have accessed the garage upon arrival. For your convenience, the accommodation includes towels and a beach bag. Check-in will be in person upon arrival.
