Outside the front door are pathways leading down to the water and rocky beaches. The Hoe is a vibrant part of Plymouth, home to a multitude of cafes and restaurants, a stones throw away from the Barbican and short walk from the Royal William Yard. Parking permits are included and available to use around the central Hoe area (zone H). The space We have recently improved the flat furniture and decor, check back soon for updated photos. The flat has very large windows letting in tons of light. The walls are thick so it stays warm in the winter, we also have thermostats in each room so you can stay toasty. In the sitting room the decor is modern, featuring a large designer rug, light shade and extra large pebble mirror. It is open plan with the kitchen, filled with all the cooking utensils you need. Sit up in bed and look out to Drakes Island, the water is often glassy reflecting the sunrise, the only life to be seen is the gulls, ships, and the odd paddle border. The bedroom is a fusion of Victorian and modern in style.
