Excellent location with all amenities and immediate access to the highway and to the town center. 45 minutes away from Santo Domingo and Santiago. Parking on premises (1 vehicle) and street parking. Other things to note Electricity is irregular in Villa Altagracia so there is a generator for when the city cuts the power. Big appliances won't work with the generator. We are working on securing a more powerful generator.
