The space Three bedrooms and two baths with a bonus playroom (with extra bunk beds) and pellet stove for warmth in the winter months. Beautiful decks and outdoor fire pit with enclosed lot for outdoor entertaining! Property is not a Cole Pond deeded access property, but the West River, Tater Hill Golf Club, and the Townshend State Park and Recreational Area are a short distance away. Located in the Green Mountain National Forest, this home provides family friendly activities throughout the year. In the Summer months, go for a hike in Jamaica State Park and see the beautiful falls or discover some of the local swimming holes. The area has golf courses, lakes for kayaking or paddle-boarding, or zip-lining and trampolines at Bromley. In the Winter months, the house is located 3+ miles to Stratton Resort access road. Mount Snow, Bromley and Magic Mountain are short drive away. In the Fall enjoy the spectacular foliage and many of the nearby hiking trails. Guest access Guests will be able to use the whole house - best for 4 adults and 4 children (sleeps 10) Other things to note The house is located on a dirt-road but it is compact and maintained regularly through the Winter/Spring months.
