This bright new space was designed and reconstructed by us, we love to remodel and this property was truly an excited project and now we're so excited to offer it to you! Everything was reconstructed with very high standards and the property was actually converted into double wall with insulation in the walls and attic. Unit features luxury appliances and fixtures. This space is one side of a newly remodeled triplex (3 unit property). This unit has been completely remodeled with all new walls, flooring, bathroom, windows and doors and premium appliances to include Miele and Samsung kitchen appliances and Bosch washer and dryer. The unit also has 3 split AC units and is fully insulated for sound and heat transfer reduction. You will have exclusive access to the entire unit which includes the bedrooms, kitchen, living room, full bathroom and laundry closet. Check in time is anytime after 3:00pm on the day your reservation begins and checkout is no later than 10:00am on the final day of your reservation. The reason we have later check ins and earlier check outs is to allow us time to perform a thorough cleaning and wash/dry all linens and blankets prior to the next guests arrival. We are available by message or phone at any point throughout our guests stay and we usually have guests check in on their own using the lockbox provided as this allows our guests the convenience of coming at a time that works best for their schedule. :) This neighborhood is called "Punchbowl" for it's resemblance of a punchbowl-crater type shape. This neighborhood is a residential neighborhood within walking distance of Queens Hospital. There is a bus stop within 30 feet of the home, both East and West entrances to the H1 highway are very close by, Starbucks is located on School Street and Nuuanu Avenue (only 3 min drive away), The Honolulu Museum of Art is located on Beretania Street and Ward Avenue (only 3 min drive away), China Town and Downtown are located very close by (only about 5-7 minutes away) along with Waikiki as well (about 10 minutes East). The nearest beach is Ala Moana Beach (located just 10 minutes straight down Ward Avenue). Parking can be easily found on the street or in front of the home. Let us know if there are any other questions about the neighborhood that we can answer. :) One important thing that we want to make sure we let you know about is that the Honolulu metro area is currently experiencing an increased amount of homelessness and drug abuse due to COVID-19 and since the property sits within the immediate metro area (near Downtown, Chinatown and Kakaako) it is common to see people walking by the home on a daily basis. The home is elevated about 5' above the street and we have a 6' tall perimeter fence surrounding the property so our past guests haven't experienced any issues, but we want to make sure we point it out to you prior to your booking. It is also recommended not to leave any valuables inside of your vehicle during your time on island and always lock doors behind you.
