Directly on our private beach, this beautifully decorated beachfront condominium provides outstanding and vast ocean and beach views, both the porch and side windows all have sweeping vistas East to Panama City Beach (beautiful night lights) and West to Destin. The Condominium is situated on the second floor of a small three-story building with a large covered deck to relax and watch for dolphins and stingrays. The space The condominium is over 1000 square feet, large bedroom equipped with two queen beds, plenty of closet and dresser drawer space, flat-screen television set with cable and a DVD, Bose wave for music. There is a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, coffee grinder, French press, and Keurig. There are plenty of pots, pans, and utensils for your cooking needs and even a crock pot, blender, mixer, and juicer. There are several beach chairs with umbrella and beach toys. We also provide beach towels! You can also rent beach chairs and umbrellas for a great price from Southern Resorts. The unique bathroom layout provides two separate vanity/toilet areas, both share a connected tub/shower room with a small linen closet. All linens are provided. Large living/dining area appointed with Classic Modern Sectional Sofa, two side-chairs, and a great side window facing west... sunsets are incredible from this vacation spot. Track lighting highlighting some original art above the four seat custom modern hard-rock maple dining table (7 legs). The porch! A large porch, with high table and chairs for eating outside, provide the perfect place to relax when you are not on the beach but still want to take in the views! Watch the dolphin and fish play in the morning! Dreamy Sand Destin/Destin lights on the edge of the horizon west and Panama City lights to the east at night. This home-away-from-home is so close to the water that you can keep an eye on your gang at the beach from air-conditioned comfort of your living room. Just steps from your door you will find an abundance of shops, dining and other recreational opportunities... from bike rentals to kayaking and yolo boards, there is plenty to do at the beach! There are off road biking and walking trails that run between 30A and Hwy 98. There are several entrances to these trials, with a new entrance and parking just past the 4 way stop in Grayton. 30-A, the 22 mile stretch that runs along the beach off of Hwy 98, has a separate paved greenway path next to the road which winds along... over small bridges... across many lakes (Eastern Lake, Deer Lake, Alligator Lake, Little Redfish Lake) and through the beach communities (Dun Allen, Gulf Place, Blue Mountain, Grayton, Seaside, Seagrove, Seacrest, Watercolor, Alys, and Rosemary). These biking/walking paths provide some of the most picturesque vistas to be had in Florida. Many of the lakes are State Natural Protected Areas, these have fun and beautiful trails (mountain bike heaven) small bridges are designed with bikes in mind these trails wind along for over twelve miles. Check out Deer Lake or Grayton State parks along the way with additional hiking and incredible dunes. Lots of wildlife to experience! There are also beautiful trails that meander around the lake and across wooden bridges at Watercolor with beautiful views. It is fun to ride bikes to the neat unique restaurants and shops that can be found just down the road East in architecturally famous Seaside and Watercolor, also west 3 miles in Gulfplace/Santa Rosa Beach. Do we even need to mention the golfing (Santa Rosa Golf Club three miles away... so many more than I can list just minutes away), fishing, swimming, sandcastle building, snorkeling, diving, or just lay on snow white sand beach... looking at crystal clear blue green water... Walk to Big Daddy’s bike shop with an organic grocery and Blue Mountain bakery store next door, Blue Mountain Creamery, Blue Mabel restaurant, Johnny McTighe’s pizza, and Sally’s convenience store with fresh cooked sausage and biscuits and coffee in the morning, all just a few blocks from the condo. Also take some time to visit Harbor Docks in Destin and watch the boats come in at the end of the day with their catch or you can rent a boat and check out crab island. While over that way, don’t miss Dewey Destin’s on the bay side which has one of the best grouper sandwiches on the coast! You can also rent a boat in Panama City and visit the picturesque Shell Island with fun shelling, swimming and wildlife. Stop by and see the shell guy at Sea Shells by the Sea Shore, pick up a few sea shells and say hello!
