Description

Enjoy a nice 40 m2 T2 with balcony (see map) on a quiet street, accessible by elevator, with wifi, steps from Place Kléber. Strasbourg and its museums can be visited on foot. Quick access to the European Parliament by bus/tram or car. Bus to Europapark/Rulantica nearby. Bed linens and household linens, hygiene products provided. Many shops including a bakery, organic tea room and supermarket. I hope you have a good year, see you soon! The space This accommodation offers: -a closed bedroom with a double bed (160x200) where can be installed an umbrella bed (available with a real mattress). -a sofa bed (140x200) is in the living-dining room, room closing with a door as well. - an office area The kitchen is very well equipped: - 1 sink - 2 electric hobs - 1 microwave oven - 1 Nespresso coffee machine with coffee capsules available - 1 electric kettle with tea bags, herbal tea and sugar available - 1 toaster - 1 refrigerator with freezer (ice cubes and cooling plates are available) - crockery and kitchenware +tea towels - to enhance your salads, you will find seasoning (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, herbs of Provence) Bathroom: - 1 shower + shower products and shampoo available - 1 sink + hand product + storage unit - Hairdryer - Shower mat, bath towels + hand towel - Toilet and roll of paper - washing machine with laundry detergent and drying racks Balcony: with a table and 4 chairs On the storage side, a large closet with hangers is in the entrance as well as another in the bathroom and a dresser in the bedroom. For children, magazines and albums, board games, Kapla, card games and puzzles are available. You also have the option of having a travel cot, high chair and baby bath on request free of charge. Guest access The neighborhood, quiet, offers lots of shops. You are 5 minutes walk from Place Kléber and therefore from all the places where the Christmas markets and the Spring market are located at the end of March. There is a lift to access the unit. To park, there are parking spaces all around the building (paid from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.) as well as in the underground parking lot at Les Halles (€21/day Sébastopol and Wilson). Remember to go to the reception to get the special ticket. If you stay for several days, I invite you to park on the streets of the old Cronenbourg - Rotonde district. Parking is free. It is a quiet area 2 tram stations away (a 5 min ride). Other things to note Strasbourg has many restaurants and bars, here are the ones I know: *Le Bartholdi: 31 Rue du Vieux Marché aux Vins: happy hour 6pm-8pm on beers and classic tarte flambée * Au Brasseur: 22 Rue des Veaux (behind the cathedral): happy hour every day from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and from Sunday to Thursday from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. in addition. Happy Flam (tartes flambées): every day from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.: the classic one for €3, the others for €4. Remember to book for the following: *Kammerzell (near the cathedral) for Alsatian cuisine. Sauerkraut with 3 fish, expect to pay around €29 *Mamama: 18 Rue Sainte-Hélène (near Galeries Lafayette): market cuisine, full menu at noon €18 *la Fignette: 5 Rue de la Vignette (beginning of Petite France): a beautiful Alsatian menu with an accent! Hamburgers are around €20 *L'oignon: small restaurant in Petit France, market menu: dish around €20, children's menu €10. Favorite: *Ca va buller: Comic and Manga bookstore in La Petite France: 46 Rue du Fossé-des-Tanneurs *Philibert: 12 Rue de la Grange for big kids and for little ones it will be right next door *Philibart: the game bar that goes with it: 15 Rue du Marais Vert on the other side of Les Halles. * Quai des Brumes: bookstore with favorite novels! 120 Grand Street *Paul Marius: bag, satchel, briefcase, leather belt store: 111 Grand Rue *La droguerie du Cygne: only beautiful items and beautiful grandma tips: Grand Rue Designer stores: *Le générateur: 8 Rue Ste Madeleine (more towards the Krutenau district) *Herbes Folles: 44 Rue du Jeu des Enfants (towards Place Kléber) *Céleste (jewelry, stationery, clothing): 30 Grand Rue (before Petite France) *Atelier aux Plantes: 8 Rue du Bain-aux-Plantes (Petite France) *Little Nuage (stationery, pottery, accessories): 32 Rue du Bain-aux-Plantes *le Terrier (paintings, sculpture, porcelain, cut paper): 6 Rue du Coq (towards Petite France) *Broderies de la cigogne (embroidery to hang, for lampshades, jewelry...): 6 Rue du Coq on the right Registration Details 6748200260220
