The bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and great closet space. The living room, bathed in natural light from the sliding glass windows, features a sofa bed suitable for two young individuals (we provide extra sheets). A dining area for four, complemented by a TV, ensures you can enjoy meals or simply relax in comfort. The kitchen is well-equipped to whip up any meal of the day! Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the apartment and the rooftop where we have a common terrace with a spa tub, lounge chairs, barbecue, tables and chairs to enjoy the morning sun or the evening with its beautiful sunsets. Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee. Other things to note The guests from Sand Pacific will get a margarita drink per person as a courtesy at the beach club Mangos. There will be no entrance of the beach club, and the minimum consumption required is just a meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly to Mangos Beach club. Guests must climb stairs. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9:00. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost.
