Enjoy the view while sitting on the lanai next to the pool. The house is huge, with a King-size bed in the Master Bedroom and a large Master Bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen and its bathroom has a large two-person bathtub. The third bedroom is open-ceilinged (normal in Hawaii, for airflow) with a futon bed so really only suitable for one person. Free high-speed wifi, Internet-enabled HD TV with Netflix and Amazon Movies. Fantastic location in Puna with Volcanoes National Park nearby. Perfect temperature all year 'round - never too hot or cold. Enjoy the BBQ every day. Please note: Not suitable for children under 15. No pets. No smoking in or anywhere near the house. No parties. Although we are oceanfront you cannot swim in the ocean (no beach) - use the pool instead! We also do not have air conditioning because it is unnecessary in Hawaii - we're one of only two states that have never seen 100F. Please note that the price on Airbnb includes tax. There is no charge for hot water, dryer, washer etc (despite how the amenities are listed on the Airbnb site). We live down the street but are not always on-island. We like to leave guests alone. The neighborhood is green, clean and quiet. There is no current building work going on near the property. It is necessary to rent a car. Public transport is very very limited.
