Steeped in history, the cottage was built to house the drivers of the Bluebird train, which used to park nearby in the 1940s. The cottage has been renovated to an exceptional standard. The space The cottage has a cosy lounge room with wood fire and reverse cycle unit. This leads onto a brand new kitchen complete with large fridge and stone bench tops. The kitchen adjoins the dining area and a small but well equiped laundry/toilet. A sliding door then leads onto the back decked area and garden. There are three decent size bedrooms and a bathroom with shower/vanity and toilet. Guest access The cottage is on the edge of a reserve which runs onto the Railway Lands walking trail. This trail is great for walking, bikes, scooters and dogs , and the kids will love the play equipment along the way. The cottage has plenty of parking and is at the end of a close in a quiet residential street. Other things to note I am passionate about helping people make beautiful memories and showcasing our awesome region. I believe in putting extra touches in the cottage to lift your trip to that special level. As a dog lover, I recognise that many of you might want to bring your four legged member of the family along. this is the perfect area for dogs, with a reserve next door and a dog park only five minutes walk away.
