Enjoy the private bath in the recently remodeled master bathroom or take a hot walk-in shower in the 2nd bathroom. The private balcony overlooks National Forest hiking trails that are just steps away. It’s about 6 miles from Keystone, 10 miles from Breckenridge , and 15 miles from Copper Mountain and Loveland Ski resorts. The HOA allows for parking of 2 cars which must be moved every 24 hours. If it's snowing, you will want to make sure you have decent tires to get up the Wildnest hill from the town of Silverthorne just below. Other things to note Unfortunately we cannot not accept emotional support animals, service animals, or pets due to health threatening allergies of a family member. The condo doesn't have air conditioning as is common with mountain condos. But it generally stays very cool due to the high elevation (~10,000 ft) and windows on 3 sides (it's a corner unit). We have three portable fans just in case they are needed. Although the 3rd floor is lovely and quiet, there is not an elevator at this complex and the 3 flights of stairs at altitude is strenuous for most people.
