Private 100 acres. Unique property, a very short distance from GTA (45 min), a short drive (10 min to Bradford GO station) this charming, private country farmhouse is close to beach area, hiking, bbq, biking, private trails, fishing opportunities...space for kids to play plus a campfire area to roast s'mores and enjoy the amazing sky. It’s a great place to relax, away from the city. Lots of deer to see on the property. Amazing for a working holiday or family visit. Steps away from Lake Simcoe. The space Our farmhouse is located in a private piece of property. There are many different kinds of wildlife on the property including deer, owls, foxes and countless birds. You can also take photos on the outside of the historical barns however they are not available for guest use. There are 60 acres of crops. You can also walk up to the top of the hill and view sunset. The entire area is very private. Guests can enjoy a fire at the firepit in the backyard. We have a propane Weber bbq for guests. We do have security cameras on the outside property. Guest access Guests will have full access to the farmhouse which includes a covered porch and back deck (balcony). Guests can walk the property. They will not have access to the barn complex. Other things to note We will provide a parking pass for the Innisfil Beach/parks so you can access any of them. There are many wonderful beaches available to our guests in the area. We ask that guests consider staying 3 nights for for long weekends, please.
