A short walk to regional rail (5 stops to Center City), Lansdowne's popular farmer's market, and local restaurants. Oh and free off-street parking (one spot)! The space This is a private apartment atop the carriage house on the property, (2nd floor apartment.) It is the only apartment in the space. The 1st floor is garage space that is used for storage (not for cars.) The furnished 1-bedroom apartment is approximately 550 square feet and includes a full kitchen (with utensils, dishes, pots, pans, etc), bathroom, and living room space (with small dining table) as well. Guest access The apartment comes with one off-street parking spot (no crazy on-street Philly parking for you!), next to the carriage house. Lansdowne itself is minutes from Philadelphia -- either a quick train ride or Uber/Lyft away. The SEPTA line is a quick 5-minute walk from the apartment, and so is the small Lansdowne downtown. Other things to note The apartment is accessed by walking up a flight of outdoor stairs. Grocery stores are close by, and there are many restaurant options in short driving distance (or available via Uber Eats/GrubHub, etc.) Washer/drier is in a shared space located in the basement of the larger house on the property. Contact us for the door code. Basement is unfinished, but everything you need will be there. While near Philly, our space is located in a wooded area and an old home (1890). Though we treat the exterior to keep out pests including insects and mice, this is a reality of nature. Our space may not be a fit for those who are extremely phobic of these and other wildlife.
