I have personally stayed in the condo for a month in order to provide my input in the furnishing of the condo. During my stay, I was incredibly comfortable and had everything I needed to have a nice, peaceful time on the island of Oahu. The Condo has friendly and welcoming security staff and I personally felt safe staying at the condo even by myself. When I first arrived, I was also concerned about safety as a young solo traveler but the security staff were happy to answer any and all of my questions. The security staff informed me that they have worked at the Mali Cove Complex for 20+ years. The majority of the residents of Maili are retired senior-citizens and/or long-term renters. I have found all of the residents I have interacted with to be very friendly and welcoming; I truly felt at home during my stay in this community.
