Enjoy boating, kayaking, fishing, skiing, skating, snowmobile & Sea-Doo on the Lake in the backyard. Your rental includes access to Canoe, Kayak, and Paddle boat. We do not provide Seadoo and snowmobiles. The space This Lakefront picture-perfect 4-season cottage retreat features 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living/family rooms, one sunroom, a large deck overlooking the water, and a fire pit. The home is situated right on the OFSC trails. 5 bedrooms on two levels. On the main floor, the master has a queen bed and ensuite. The second has a bunk bed (double/single) and a sunroom on the main floor. On the lower level (walk-out basement), the third and fourth both have queen beds. The fifth has a double/single bunk bed combination. In addition, we have two extra mattresses. There are 2.5 Bathrooms. 1 - 4pc main (sink, toilet, bathtub, shower), 4pc ensuite (sink, toilet, bath shower). 2pc on the main floor (sink and toilet). The kitchen is open to the living room. There is a separate dining area. Well equipped with all required appliances, fridge/freezer, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Island with seating. Smart tv, Wi-Fi unlimited internet. fireplace, a Walkout to the sunroom screened-in BBQ porch, and a large deck overlooking the lake. Lower-level table tennis, smart TV, walk out to lower patio. Firepit, dock, kayak, canoe, pedal boat. The Head Lake is very famous for ice-fishing, snowmobiling, skating on the ice, and sea-doo and boating. There are many hiking, biking, and ATV trails nearby. Your rental includes access to Canoes, Kayaks, and Paddle boats with required PFDs/life jackets for the summer season only (MAY to OCT). We do not supply fishing rods, snowmobiles, sea-doo, and skating equipment, so, please bring your own. Guests' responsibility is to dump the garbage and recycle bags at the nearest Landfill area (detail guidelines near the bins at the house). If you failed to dispose of your waste, we will charge you an extra $75 for disposing of your garbage bags 2. The nearest Landfill area address is “Haliburton Landfill”, 222 Industrial Park Road, Haliburton. The facility is operational Wed-Sat (8 to 5 PM) and Sunday from 11 to 7 PM. It is closed on Monday & Tuesday 3. Waste management: Compost and Garbage will go to the same clear bag and recycles will go to a separate clear bag • No loud music in the open area under any circumstances • We don't allow private/commercial uncontrolled parties on this property • By-law, you can’t make noise after 10 PM, respect the rules of this quiet neighborhood • We don’t want neighbors compliant due to non-compliance with rules and any irresponsible acts like loud music, heavy noise, etc. • No PETs are allowed on the property. • Seasonal summer items (available MAY to OCT only) Kayaks, Canoes, and Paddleboats included with your rental (including PFDs/life jackets). • We do not supply fishing rods, snowmobiles, sea-doo, and skating equipment, so, please bring your own. • Please note, that we supply some basic soap, shampoo, and conditioner, which may not be of your choice, so, please carry your own shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. • We provide towels for bathroom usage only and you are not allowed to take bathroom towels for the outside usage • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you smoke outside the house, please don't throw the cigarette buds randomly, collect them and put them in a garbage bin when safe. • We do basic cleaning of the BBQ machine after guests' use, but you should do an optimum clean by yourself. Please do not leave the BBQ machine uncleaned after use.
