Enjoy the entire 1st floor of a lovingly restored home. This apartment is ideally situated, close to all the Poconos has to offer, making it easy to plan your trip! Mt. Airy, Great Wolf Lodge, Camelback Mountain, Kalahari, & Outlets are MINUTES AWAY! Take a Hike!!! The space There is a bedroom with a queen bed, closet, small dresser and bench (in the summer months there is a window air conditioner). The living room has a large couch, which is a pull-out (sleeps 2), a chair, TV, DVD, books, movies, etc. As well as an eat-in nook, which can also double as a workspace. The kitchen is fully supplied with all the necessities, and the grill is just outside the kitchen door. Our maximum number of allowed guests in the apartment is 4. Failure to honor this will result in a cancellation of your reservation, and removal from the property. There is a large yard, as well. We have always made the health and safety of our guests our top priority, our reviews already reflect that we maintain 5-stars on cleanliness. From May through October, guests will have access to our canoe, it is moored at Promised Land State Park, which is a scenic 19 miles away ( a 30 minute drive). In the summer, we have a window AC in the bedroom window. Extra blankets and pillows are in the bedroom closet. Other things to note We have one security camera trained on the parking area. We currently have 1 window unit air conditioner. Up in the mountains it stays fairly cool and breezy. There are some days with high humidity, though, that are better with AC.
