All apts should pop up & you can click on any one to see the details & book! New 1-BR, 1-Bath SABAL PALM apartment, ground level, with private entrance on FAR FRONT, LEFT side of the building. FRONT ENTRY DOOR IS PAINTED WHITE. Numbered keypad with deadbolt on front door. Rear exit has deadbolt lock from bedroom, going out to the spa area and back yard. We pride ourselves that our guests are quiet and respectful of other guests and also are careful of our special furnishings! We are not a party house! One of our favorite things is the new whisper-quiet mini split air conditioner/heater. They are fantastic - you don't even know they are on! The kitchen & bathroom have custom cabinets & granite counter tops. Side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water, small dishwasher, garbage disposal. Relax on the new sectional sofa in the living room & watch our new 55" "smart"TV w/DirecTV, & WIFI. Excellent lighting allows for good reading! The bathroom has a marble shower w/ glass door. Grab bars in shower & beside toilet. Custom vanity with granite top & excellent lighting throughout. The bedroom boast of a new king bed and very comfortable mattress. All linens supplied for bedroom, bath & kitchen. Convenient back door exit to spa area and our huge backyard. Both front & rear doors have deadbolts. Guest access Parking for vehicles in paved and shelled driveway in front of the house. Extra vehicles of guests should park behind one another or along street in front of the house on the pebbles. Other things to note ~Occupancy - 2 persons. No guests under 12 years of age. ~We are NOT a party house and guests are expected to respect & care for our property and other guests, especially related to loud noise, music. ~No smoking or vaping in building. Guests may smoke outside, away from entrances. ~Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. ~No animals or pets allowed in apartments or on property. ~Spa use limited to contract guests, age 17 years or older. Guests MUST wash off lotions & salt water as these ruin the water condition. ~VERY IMPORTANT: Do not flush any feminine products or wipes in toilet, but place these items in covered waste basket. They say that these products are "flushable"; however, THEY DO NOT DISSOLVE & will clog the plumbing. Cost to guest for clogged or damaged plumbing is MINIMUM of $100. ~Please notify Cleo when leaving, at end of rental term
