Welcome to your weekend getaway in Castle Rock, CO! It's close to the highway to head into downtown Castle Rock for shopping, hop over to Castle Pines to visit family, head to one of Colorado's many hiking trails, or drive up to Denver or down to Colorado Springs for the day! The space Full privacy with a separate private entrance on the side of the home with self check-in/checkout through a keypad on the door. The private entryway opens into the living room and the full kitchen of the suite. There is a dedicated working space setup within the living room with the option of an additional monitor/HDMI connection upon request. Netflix and Hulu are offered on the Smart TV in the living room. We also offer a selection of board games for guest use during their stay! The kitchen is equipped with all full-sized appliances: refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and Keurig coffee maker and tea kettle with complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. You'll then pass through a small hallway to the bedroom outfitted with a new king bed and a full closet with hangers (solely for guest use) as well as your private bathroom down the hall. Guest access You have full access to the apartment and parking on the premises. Private entrance. Other things to note The home and attached, private guest suite are situated in a quiet, rural neighborhood and are set up on a hill that overlooks the neighborhood's rolling landscape and provides an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you're lucky, you may even get the opportunity to see a flock of wild turkeys, deer, or elk roaming throughout the neighborhood! We have three very sweet rescue dogs: a retriever mix, an australian shepherd mix, and a senior lab that you may see going out for their daily walks. They're all very friendly and love to meet new people if you're looking for a new friend!
